Wie diese Arbeit aufzeigt, läuft die Bewertung eines Unternehmens auf mehreren Ebenen und unter Berücksichtigung von einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Faktoren ab. Zunächst werden die Ziele der fundamentalen Analyse in Kapitel 2.1 aufgezeigt: Was will ein Investor mit ihr erreichen? Anschließend wird in Kapitel 2.2 beschrieben, auf welche Art und Weise vorgegangen wird, um das Ziel zu erreichen. Kapitel 3 unterzieht die fundamentale Aktienanalyse abschließend einer kritischen Würdigung.
