(iii) the synthesis of various important members treated individually, a brief description of the synthesis, therapeutic applications of each compound, the necessary dosage applied in various diseases, and routes of administration. The book also deals well with the comprehensive mechanism of actions of the structure -– activity -– relationships (SARs); thus aiding the students' understanding.
